General Directions: Spray generously directly on to infected areas, take the remainder of contents and set off in “fogger” mode. Wait 24 hours and clean up with soap and water.
Infected areas – Bathroom, drywall wall, cinder block or concrete wall: One seven ounce can will cover a typical 100+ square foot area. Shake the can and then hit the first position of the applicator button or “spray mode.” Spray directly on the infected areas as if it were spray paint. Cover the entire effected area plus the surrounding the area with the product. The enzyme will penetrate any permeable surface such as drywall, carpeting, etc. Wait 24 hours and then clean the surface with soap and water. Application will remove fungus, as well as disinfect and deodorize!
Crawl Spaces: Close any and all vents. First spray the enzyme directly on the most heavily infected areas. Then situate the can at a 45-degree angle (not 90 degree straight up). Fully depress applicator. The contents will be expelled in approximately 90 seconds. Come back no later than four days and the mold fungus will be eliminated. (Note: for larger crawl spaces – i.e. 1,200+ cubic feet – use multiple cans.)
Hotel Rooms: Spray the can like spray paint on the infected areas. Take the remainder of contents and place at or near HVAC intake while running the HVAC. Depress the activator to start the fogger. Leave for two hours. Wipe down the infected areas with soap and water and the room is ready to be occupied. This will also eliminate odors from smoke or pets, to note a few.
Disinfect HVAC systems: Set the can at or near the air intake of the HVAC. While the HVAC is running, activate the fogger. Leave for two hours. Wipe down the infected areas with soap and water and the room is ready to be occupied. If the HVAC unit has a removable air filter – remove for ingestion of enzyme directly into the intake to clean the ductwork.
RVs, Boats, Automobiles, Campers, etc.: Spray the can like spray paint on the infected areas. Place the remainder of contents within 24” of the HVAC intake while running the HVAC or place in middle of room. Activate fogger. Leave for 24 hours wipe down the infected areas with soap and water.
